Greetings Fellow Guitar Enthusiasts,
Sorry it's been so long since I posted here. We've been so busy managing our existing video guitar lesson business that we've had little time to keep in touch with our readers. We'll try to do better in the coming months.
We do have exciting news. We've been working for months on preparing some of our video guitar lessons for easy viewing on YouTube. We initially filmed and uploaded 4 introductory lessons that have become very popular on YouTube. Thanks to everyone who took the time to leave comments. It does our heart good to know we've helped aspiring guitar players through some of the initial confusion one can have when trying to REALLY understand guitar.
Now, we are beginning to upload video guitar lessons directly from our renowned DVD home study program. Each lesson is 70 minutes long but we've chopped them up into 10 minute chapters to fit on YouTube ... so each lesson will have 7 chapters.
Now folks who are interested in getting a preliminary look at our video guitar lesson program can get a good luck at samples directly from the program. You can also get a taste of our MUSIC AS LANGUAGE approach to guitar instruction. This will be of particular value to folks interested in song writing, soloing and improvisation in such styles as Jazz, Rock, Blues, Metal and Country.
As I've said so many times before, I think what makes our video guitar lesson program the best is the ORDER in which the material is presented. Many guitar lesson programs have you jumping around sampling this-and-that providing only a scattered vision of how music works. Our guitar lessons were designed to be viewed IN ORDER. Each guitar instruction video video leads directly into the next so you are able to "connect the dots" and arrive at "The BIG Picture" ... a true understanding of how music works and how it relates to the fretboard of the guitar.
Therefore, we suggest that it is CRITICAL that you view these YouTube video guitar lessons IN ORDER. Start with GUITAR LESSON 1 - Chapter 1. Then proceed to Chapter 2 and then Chapter 3 etc. Once you have finished all the chapters for LESSON 1, then move on to LESSON 2.
So check out these new YouTube video guitar lessons at http://www.youtube.com/user/scottyxcom . We will continue to upload new video guitar lessons as we finish editing them.
All the best, Scotty
Wah! It's nice to have video lessons on Youtube.I'm really appreciate about your work.
